The Charlesview is a 53,600 square foot, ten-story building comprised of 67 luxury condominiums. The building includes a concierge station and an attractive lobby and entrance area along Beacon Street. The building was acquired in 1995 from Emerson College and renovated into luxury residential apartments. In 2001, the building was converted and sold as condominiums.

Many of the units provide dramatic views of the Charles River and Cambridge, the Kenmore Square area (including Fenway Park), and the Hancock and Prudential towers of Back Bay.
