Both communities consist of LARGE 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartments with individual, low, all-inclusive leases.

Centennial Ridge is on Tryon Rd between Lake Wheeler and Gorman while Centennial Village is at the corner of Avent Ferry and Gorman st.

Centennial Ridge allows dogs and cats. Centennial Village allows cats only. Please call for our pet policy! As we have breed restrictions. One time non-refundable $250 pet fee, $25 per month pet rent!
