Deposit Information

Studios - $400
One Bedrooms - SPECIAL $99
Two Bedrooms - $700

There is also an Administrative Fee of $99 due for each apartment regardless of size.

Cedars 94 Pet Policy

We accept most pets except for dogs.

Cats require a separate deposit of $250, $100 of which is non refundable when you move out. There is also a monthly pet fee of $15 per month per cat.
