Carson Tower Pet Policy

Cats are allowed on the premises only with an appointment by management to meet your pet, a signed Animal Addendum which requires an additional deposit, rent, non-refundable fees or other charges. If a pet is acquired after you move-in and we allow the animal, you are required to make proper arrangements with the office immediately or you will be in violation of your lease. Restrictions :We will accept adult cats only. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. Male cats must be neutered and female cats spayed. Unless authorized in writing, neither resident, nor guest may bring any other animal, mammal, bird, or fish (water tanks not to exceed 55 gallons), into the dwelling or apartment.
