Carriage Hill offers numerous architectural features that will distinguish your new home from all other apartments. Features such as multiple gables, bay and arched windows, door transoms and concealed entryways will welcome you and your guests to Charlottesville's finest apartment community.

Standing-seam copper for the bay and turret floors, and ornamental metal railings at decks and balconies, will enhance your views.

The apartment homes at Carriage Hill are spacious, ranging in size from 831 sq. ft. for a one-bedroom to 1,627 sq. ft. for a three-bedroom. Each unit offers a large kitchen with all the modern appliances.

Large walk-in closets make storage easy. Spectacular views abound from private patios or balconies, accessed by French doors. Fireplaces are also available. Luxury additions include crown molding, three-sided octagonal bay windows off of the dining room or master bedroom, roman-style bathtubs and 9 and 10-foot ceilings. A unique feature to Carriage Hill is the built-in computer desk/office shelving system offered in most units.

$400.00 Security Deposit ($200.00 of the deposit to reserve the apartment with the balance due when your lease begins.)

Carriage Hill Pet Policy

Carriage Hill Apartments is happy to accommodate pet owners and reserves the right to regulate the number, type, location and size of pets allowed. A maximum of two pets is allowed per unit. We accept one dog up to 80 lbs. or two dogs which may not exceed a combined weight of 50 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 - $300 is required for each pet as well as an additional monthly fee of $15 (per cat) or $20 (per dog).
