Maximum of two pets per apartment. All pets must be at least 1 year old. If two pets, they must have a combined weight of 40 pounds or less at maturity. If one pet, there is no weight limit. Dogs are not permitted on the 3rd floor. Exotic animals are not permitted. *Breed restrictions may apply. See management for pet approval.
