The comfortable quiet atmosphere of Cabana Apartments makes it a great home for the serious student. Conveniently located at 516 East Glenn Avenue. Cabana features spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes. We have an onsite laundry room, swimming pool and large courtyards with plenty of grass and trees. There are three parking areas surrounding the premises for your convenience.

Our apartments are newly renovated with insulated windows, new appliances, plush carpet and ceramic tile in the kitchens and baths. The kitchens are fully updated with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Some units have washer and dryers.

Water, garbage, monthly pest control and basic cable are provided with each apartment. Each unit is all electric with central heat and air conditioning systems.

We offer 24 hour emergency service from our own staff. We are conveniently located about 3 blocks from campus, with easy access to shopping centers and town. We are an official stop for the Auburn University Tiger Transit bus route which has pick-ups every 20 minutes. This service is provided in your student activities fee. .

Deposit Information

Security Deposit is equal to one months rent.

Application Fee is $35.00

Cabana Apartments Pet Policy

Pets are welcome for an additional $50.00 rent per month and a refundable $300.00 pet deposit. (Must be approved.)
