Our apartment homes have large living rooms and many feature spacious walk in closets for the shopaholic in us all. Dual bathroom sinks allow you your own private space. The open kitchens are ready for entertaining and with lots of cabinets and storage your parents will have plenty of room to keep you well stocked. Our glimmering swimming pools reflect each beautiful day in the Santa Barbara sun. We are known for our quiet atmosphere and great location. Located in walking/biking distance from USB our community is known for being a quiet and private sanctuary perfect for studying and relaxing. Do you like to BBQ? We have BBQ areas onsite for your grilling pleasure. The CBC Apartments is managed by a professional and caring on-site team. We are in walking distance to the USB and bus lines that take you directly to Santa Barbara City College. Our residents love the fact that we are located 5 blocks away from Sands and Goleta Beach so there is no need to drive to enjoy your evenings or weekends in the sun. Isla Vista is boarded on three sides by the ocean, where you can walk or ride your bicycle around the lagoon and beach.
