Butterfield Village boasts one, two and three bedroom garden homes and two and three bedroom townhomes, which include amazing fully-equipped kitchens! Many homes also include a private entrance, washer & dryer connections, oversized closets, and a secluded patio or balcony.

Relax and soak up some rays on the sundeck off our outdoor pool, enjoy some BBQ with friends in our picnic areas with built in grilling stations, or take your pet to our bark park. Butterfield Village Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly apartment community! $300 Pet Deposit/Fee (Half of it refundable) and $20 monthly pet rent.

We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
