About Brookside Apartments student apartments
Brookside is a 72-unit apartment complex divided up between four garden-style buildings nestled amongst lush landscape and overlooking a rocky brook. This unique environment offers the privacy and security of a smaller community with the enchantment of a nature setting. Located on the northeast edge of downtown Ann Arbor between North Campus and the U of M Hospital, walking distances are short. However, Brookside Apartments is far enough away from the congestion of central campus and its recalcitrant undergrad lifestyle. For this reason, our location is ideal in providing a stress free and study friendly environment. You will find most of the residents at Brookside consist of Architect and Engineering Grads from North campus, along with Interns, Residents, Nurses, and visiting Docs from the U of M Medical Center. As a result of this academic tenant composition, my goal is to maintain a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. I am proud to be part of an apartment community providing housing for so many gifted students from all over the world. I hope you will give us the chance to call Brookside your home.
Deposit Information
Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, half of which will hold an apartment for a pre-lease.
