The Happ Brother Manufacturing Building (circa 1916) was converted to state-of-the-art apartments by McCarty Property Group in 2001. This National Register historic structure was thereby saved from demolition and retrofitted with 90 unique dwellings serviced by two interior courtyards and a one acre controlled access parking lot. BROADWAY LOFTS MANAGEMENT also owns and operates TERRACE APARTMENTS and KATHERINE COURT, vintage luxury apartments, all located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, Mercer
University School of Law, and the Medical Center of Central Georgia.
