Broadway Heights is one of my favorite value properties. It is located just north of downtown, just off Broadway to the east on Mulberry Street. The property is across from historic Brackenridge Park. Broadway Heights is very close to the bus stop that goes up and down Broadway from downtown to the airport. Broadway Heights is well run and offers affordable efficiencies, one bedroom and larger apartments beginning at $405 per month.

Broadway Heights Pet Policy

Pets are allowed with a $300 pet deposit of which $200 is a non refundable pet fee. The maximum weight is 20 pounds with a limit of two pets.
