Deposit Information

Non refundable fee of $40 per application plus non refundable redecoration/admin. fee of $300 required to reserve apartment.

Brickyard Pet Policy

Pet friendly. Weight of animal as adult must not exceed 60 pounds. $500 total pet fee may be paid in installments of $200 due at move in, then $100 per month for three months.
