Boardwalk Luxury Apartments is a unique development in a quiet residential neighborhood located 1 ½ blocks south of JSU's Paul Snow Stadium. Formerly known since 1963 as Love Apartments, owners Eric and Beverly Love currently reside on and manage the property. Reconstructed by Eric and a select crew in 2001, attentive design planning and expert craftsmanship sets these units apart from all others. Eric’s custom-made wood trim and proprietary finishing is a special property feature. We welcome all applicants who enjoy a peaceful environment, have an honorable history of meeting monetary and other obligations, respect the property of others and obey the law. Our residents' safety, comfort and convenience are maximized by clearly defined and enforced management policies. Boardwalk Luxury Apartments Pet Policy

We love animals and have pets ourselves; however, only approved pets are allowed after payment of an additional $1,500 deposit. Repairs to these apartments are often more costly due to the higher quality of amenities. Also, the cost of removing pet allergens for future tenants is a contributing factor to this policy.
