Pets Upon Approval Details: NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION... Breed restrictions do apply, which include German Shepherds, Chows, Pitbulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, and Boxers. Also the height restriction is 24" maximum height at shoulders. Refundable Pet deposit of $150.00 plus non refundable pet sanitation fee of $150.00. Monthly pet rent of $15.30 per pet. Limit of 2 pets per apartment. No exotic animals please..
