Looking for a pet friendly apartment community in Los Angeles, CA,? Look no further than The Beverly Arnaz! As one of the few pet friendly communities, we proudly allow Cats and Dogs here at The Beverly Arnaz. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: Beverly Arnaz welcomes cats and dogs! (Maximum of two per apartment.) Prior to the application APPROVAL or before you acquire a pet the following much be completed: pet name, breed, age, recent pet photo, pet interview with management, veterinarian certificate of health, vaccination forms and spayed/neutered papers. Restricted breeds are: akita, bull dog, bloodhound, chow, doberman pinscher, eskimo, elkhound, germand shepard, great dane, malamute, mountain dog, mastiff, Newfoundland, pit bull, rotweiler, shepherd, sheepdog and saint Bernard. An additional monthly rent of $50 per pet and a refundable deposit of $500 will be required.
