One time non-refundable administration fee:
1 Bedroom $125.00
2 Bedroom $150.00
3 Bedroom $175.00
The security deposit is one month’s rent minus the administration fee.

Bennington Hills Pet Policy

The deposit for 1 or 2 pets $500.00 ($250.00 refundable)
Month Pet Fee $25.00 per pet
There is a maximum of two pets per apartment. There is a breed restriction on pets; Kittens/puppies under twelve months of age require an extra $150.00 refundable deposit.
Kittens/puppies under six months requires an additional non-refundable $100.00
