Deposit Information

Application fee is $49 and Reservation fee is $99.

Security Deposit is based on credit and can range from $0.00 to 1 months rent.

We are now also accepting Section 8.

Autumn Ridge Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs are allowed.
Maximum weight of pet(s): 150.
Maximum number of pet(s): 2.
Restrictions or other terms: All pets must be spayed/neutered. $20 monthly. No rottweilers, pit bulls, staffordshire terriers, chows or akitas. 150 pound weight limit single or combined. Restrictions Apply call for more details.
