At Arizona Commons II we understand that being a student is stressful, which is why we do everything we can to allow you to focus on your studies. Our community is a half mile walk from campus and only a few short steps from a bus stop. Arizona Commons II is large enough to offer quality amenities such as a 24 hour fitness facility, 24 hour shared laundry, a game room, and two study rooms, but not too large to affect your focus and privacy. Our community is designed so that you may choose to be part of the action or escape when you need to. Our residents are only responsible for their rent and flat utility fee, as our worry free program includes fully furnished units and utilities ranging from electricity, water, sewer, trash and even wireless internet. Our competitively priced floor plans range from two to four bedrooms. In addition, each room has its own private entrance, which allows each room to be leased individually. Need a roommate? No problem! We would be happy to match you using our roommate matching questionnaire. No worries, our friendly office staff is happy to help and we also include 24 hour emergency maintenance. Arizona Commons II is dedicated to taking care of our residents and providing an atmosphere that will allow them to excel as well as get the most out of their college experience.
