Student Driven for Student Living!

Come and be a part of the fun life at Aggie Station, where everything is done with the student in mind. Our apartments are conveniently located less than one mile from A&M campus and Northgate Center. So walk, bike, drive, or take the shuttle to your destination. Our residents enjoy fully furnished apartments that provide the privacy of your own individually leased bedroom and bath. We provide your appliances, full-size washer and dryer, high speed internet access (8 MB), extended cable with HBO, water, and sewer!

Our clubhouse is second to none. You can enjoy our great game room that features a shuffleboard, pool and poker tables, a big screen TV, a free tanning bed, fitness center, and computer lab. Of course you can also enjoy our on-site basketball and sand volleyball courts. In addition, we have a great pool and deck with a hot tub that seats 16 people! Come and see our two, three, and four bedroom models and visit with our friendly staff. We want you to see how much fun it is to live at the new Aggie Station!

Deposit Information

There is a fully refundable $75.00 Security Deposit that will be held until you have vacated the apartment, and will be returned to you if no charges need to be assessed. In addition there is a non-refundable $50 application fee.

Aggie Station Pet Policy

To provide the finest cleanest student living possible, Aggie Station does not allow pets. We are sorry for this, but want your apartment and community to be as clean as possible.
